We won $10,000 in the Teach For America Social Innovation Competition

MPrep is excited to announce that we won $10,000 in the Teach For America Social Innovation competition! Big thanks to all the judges and our amazing competition GirlTrek, The Intersection, and Citizens of the World Charter School Network. GirlTrek, which is creating a movement of healthy African-American girls, took home the grand prize of $125,000.

We’re thankful for having the opportunity to fly over to the US and share our very young idea with the likes of Wendy Kopp, the Kauffman Foundation, the Fischer Fund, entrepreneurs, and deeply passionate educationalists from around the US. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see how the budding world of educational entrepreneurs from the TFA network looks like a year from now…
