Having read and listened to lots of material on EdTech, the term Flipped Classroom has surfaced one too many times. I came across an info-graphic that explained it in detail and the good thing is that it was shareable. Thanks to knewton. The Flipped Classroom model is simply changing the traditionalteaching takes place.
Traditional teaching has children taking homework home, doing it and bringing it back to be marked the following day. I remember when I was in school, I dreaded not having done my homework, because it would always earn you some sort of punishment. The flipped classroom model is different in that students do their homework and discussions at school, then listen to pre-recorded lectures at home.
