Eneza Education scooped the 2019 EdtechX Global Impact Award, during the 7th annual EdTechXGlobal All Star Awards on the 18th of June, at The Brewery in London. The awards were part of EdTechXEurope, Europe’s largest summit connecting the global learning community.
The EdTechX Impact, a new category of the All Star Awards, had two pioneering winners, Eneza Education and Interacpedia.
There were other categories, the EdTechX All Stars Startup Awards, won by iHeed and CenturyTech. The EdTechXGlobal Scale-Up category winners were FutureLearn and Touch Surgery.
The global panel of judges evaluated various factors including revenue growth, scale, innovation and market impact. For each category, the awards aim to showcase the top three start-ups across geography, segmentation and industry trends.
EdTechXGlobal connects the global learning community through insight, investment and thought leadership event series – including the flagship summit, EdTechXEurope in London and local Ecosystem Events in Africa, Asia and Europe.
We were part of the awards after pitching at EdtechX Africa, that took place in Nairobi earlier this year. The accolades we continue getting highlight the impact that our work has on transforming the lives of learners in Africa.
